- If renovation work is needed, provide design consultation and solicit estimates from the necessary contractors
- Supervise the renovation process
- Provide interior design services (design recommendations, shopping, execution)
- Work with you to secure the proper license, insurance, and tax ID to run a Short Term Rental in Puerto Rico
- Set up the property for rental, including ensuring the apartment has all the amenities needed for a comfortable and safe stay
- Prepare the listing on the main Short Term Rental platforms (AirBnB and VRBO)
- Promote the property on the listing platforms as well as on our website, in social media, etc.
- Act as Host and manage all guest interactions as well as interactions with the rental platforms
