We can rent four apartments to your party, which is a perfect arrangement for a large group of up to 16-20 people!  This grouping consist of two apartments in one tower, and two apartments in another tower, in the same condo complex.

Configuration: 

• One one-bedroom apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom and two sofa-beds (1 full and 1 twin) in the living room
• A second one-bedroom has a queen bed in the bedroom and two twin-size futon sofas
• A third one-bedroom has a queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sofa bed and a twin chaise in the living room 
• A studio has a queen bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses.

A cot and/or blow up mattress can also be set up in each of the bedrooms if needed.  Pack and Play or crib is available for babies/toddlers.
